April Warren
Senior Manager, User Insights and Innovation
April is a Senior Manager for User Insights and Innovation on the Market Strengthening team at CCA. Prior to joining CCA, April served as a Director with DesignThinkers Group, a global design and innovation support firm, and as an Innovation Advisor with the USAID’s Global Development Lab. In these roles, she helped design processes and build capacity in human-centered design and collaborative innovation in global development.
Previously, she led private sector engagement and social enterprise programs focused on expanding access to healthcare services across sub-Saharan Africa and India at Abt Associates, and helped sell latrines in rural Cambodia with iDE. April holds a Master’s in Global Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and a Bachelor’s from the University of Michigan. She is based in Washington, DC.
