Manager, Advocacy & Communications
Dan Dredger is the Manager for Advocacy and Communications at the Clean Cooking Alliance (CCA). He is responsible for supporting CCA's global communications and advocacy efforts and leading digital outreach. Prior to joining CCA, Dan served as the social media manager, brand strategist, and podcast producer for a D.C.-based retail startup. He also worked as Communications Associate for The Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason & Science, an international science advocacy organization, where he assisted in developing and implementing cross-channel social media campaigns. Dan spent many formative years in East Asia – first in South Korea as an educator and assistant to director Lee Myung-se, and then as a Peace Corps volunteer in China, where he taught undergraduate- and graduate-level English majors and trained local secondary school teachers. Dan holds degrees in Film and Media Production (BA) and Secondary Education (MEd) from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Duke University.
