Muhammad Irfan

Manager, Monitoring & Evaluation

Irfan has a background in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) across the non-profit sector. His expertise includes systematic data collection and analysis for project monitoring, refinement of information management systems, technical assistance to learning agendas and strategy development, and establishment of centralized evaluation systems. Previously, he has worked for AJWS, USAID, World Learning, and the Aga Khan Development Network in the US, Pakistan, Egypt, and the UK on the M&E of programs focused on human rights, civil society strengthening, education, and global health.

Irfan has a Master of Science in Development Administration and Planning from the University College London and is currently based in Austin, Texas. His hobbies include photography, singing/songwriting, and the acoustic guitar, and he is part of a US based South Asian fusion band called Fitoor.

At CCA, Irfan works on M&E and learning activities across the organization.
