Coming Soon: Third Round of the Pilot Innovation Fund
In 2012, the Alliance launched the Pilot Innovation Fund (PIF) to finance innovations across the value chain – from product design to technology improvement to consumer finance. The PIF aims to move the sector clean cooking sector forward through supporting proof of concept for potentially game changing ideas and sharing lessons learned from both successful and failed innovations.
Alliance partners with innovative ideas to address market barriers to the widespread adoption of clean cookstoves and fuels will be invited to submit their proposals starting on October 1, 2014. More details on the request for proposals for PIF Round 3 will be posted on the Alliance’s Funding Opportunities page in September
