Clean Cooking Activities
Engineering for Change (E4C) is working to catalyze the global development marketplace to produce higher quality, fit for service solutions that meet the immediate needs of underserved communities. To do this, we aggregate information within a codified framework - our Solutions Library - https://www.engineeringforchange.org/solutions. This serves to:
- Influence the marketplace to think in a more standard/compliant way
- Drive sector transparency and accountability
- Expedite the product design-delivery cycle by cataloguing prior-art
- Engage the community of product development stakeholders to develop tools and platforms for knowledge sharing and decision-making
Partnership
The data presented in the Solutions Library is aggregated across a variety of sources and includes information from collaborating partners, such as the Alliance. We've been working with the Alliance since 2012 and feature a variety of cooking technologies from the Clean Cooking Catalog in our database with links back to the Alliance. Additionally, E4C's Research Fellows - https://www.engineeringforchange.org/e4c-fellowship/ - serve to identify and investigate new cooking tech worldwide.
