Mission
To manufacture an efficient, low cost ® plancha stove in a high volume basis in order to substitute open fire cooking practices in developing countries.
Collaborate with specialists in clean cooking technology to develop a state of the art combustion chamber for the plancha stove manufacturing industry.
Assist all clean cooking actors in Mexico in the development, regulation and implementation of awareness campaigns and general dissemination of the clean cooking mission.

Clean Cooking Activities
We are working with the Bio energy Lab at CIECO Autonomous National University of Mexico in the development of a new and improved combustion chamber for plancha stoves.
We are currently seeking for and discussing with social project implementers ® in Mexico in regards to their potential assistance in an in-house testing and data recollection program for delher's plancha stoves.®
Partnership
We are in the process of setting up a non-profit organization in Mexico which main purpose is clean cooking awareness by ® bringing together environmental and health care actors, public and private sponsors, implementers, advocates and other ONG's. Our goal is to reproduce a regional Global Alliance model which is wholly supported and endorsed by Global Alliance. ®
