Clean Cooking Activities
The Chulika Biomass cookstove is presently central to 7 CDM Cookstove projects in India: 2 registered, 5 pending. Of the two registered cookstove projects, the first, the JSMBT CDM Cookstove Project is presently under implementation.
IN addition, iSquareD is promoting the concept and practice of the Carbon-Neutral Village. The CNV is positioned at the interface of Mitigation and Adaptation, and uses climate resources generated from Mitigation to help make a village carbon-neutral, and the resources raised from these to help each community cope with and adapt to climate change.
