Mission
Manage standardization in special fields such as household biomass stove, biogas digester, micro power and other rural energy-saving products. Propose planning and suggestion for developing and amending national and industrial standards. Coordinate and organize for developing new national and industrial standards. Conduct research on rural energy standardization. Organize international communication and participate in the development of international standards.
