Many governments are developing strategies to expand clean cooking access and meet SDG 7 goals. Regionally, Mission 300 is advancing, and clean cooking is a focus of National Energy Compacts, which are currently being implemented. Creating effective strategies requires a solid understanding of the country’s cooking sector—market demand, affordability, supply chains, and policy frameworks.
