The event will take place during the 61st session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). This year’s CSW will address women’s economic empowerment in the changing world of work. This event will showcase the work of the wPOWER Partnership in using gender-informed approaches to scale access to energy and increase women’s economic empowerment through entrepreneurship and employment in the clean energy sector.
Participants will hear from practitioners who will share case studies and lessons learned, and discuss tools and resources that are used to increase women’s economic empowerment.
