In a new report, the Access to Energy Institute (A2EI) explores the usage of electric pressure cookers on remote mini-grid sites in Tanzania. The A2EI analyzed 9 months of pilot data collected from 100 smart meters and pilot users. The preliminary findings and a publicly available data set from the pilot are available here.
