Clean Cooking Activities
Adwell International Pvt. Ltd. has been working in the field of clean cooking to eradicate Household Air Pollution (HAP) for past 3 years. We have been involved in research, design and development of Tier 2 and Tier 3 Improved Cooking Stove as per Nepal Interim Benchmark for solid biomass Cook stoves (NIBC, 2014). We have tied up with manufacturer in India to manufacture the stove designed and also partnered with local government for the distribution of ICS as per the geographical requirement of Alternative Energy Promotion Center (AEPC). Till this date, we have distributed more than 90,000 metallic body Improved Cook Stove with the support from AEPC, UNDP, Practical Action, federal government, local government, and local communities.
