Clean Cooking Activities
Agnisumukh manufactures clean and green energy efficient stoves which produce flameless, smokeless, noiseless and odourless uniform radiant heat through LPG/NG/Bio-Gas. It saves gas more than 30% & zero carbon soot.
In India alone our innovation on LPG/CNG will lower kitchen CARBON FOOTPRINT by > 6 Million Tonnes.
LPG Equipment Research Center (A Joint undertaking of IOCL, BPCL, HPCL) has not only certified as the burners with highest thermally efficient commercial burners in the world at 69% (the other Gas burners TE is 36-45%) but also signed the agreement with us to bring this innovation in the sphere of domestic cooking.
The Innovation is adopted by ITC Hotels, Infosys, Apollo Hospitals... who are tying up to take the innovation across India
The innovation has won Gold Medal in DST-Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Programme 2015. It is also the National Winner in Global Cleantech Innovation Programme 2015 of MSME-UNIDO-GEF-CleantechOpen and FICCI.
The stoves runs on Bio-Gas even with 55% purity without smell of Hydrogen Sulphide. It is a solution to rural household who do not have immediate access to grid power.
So it has potential to save In India fuel wood from forest which accounts for 21% (58.747 MT) of total fuel wood consumption @ 275.169 Million Tonnes (MT). The CO2 emission from forest fuel wood alone accounts for 96.933 MT. Whereas the CO2 emission form total fuel wood accounts for 454.029 MT.
Partnership
Our entity manufactures CLEAN COOK STOVES which produce flameless, smokeless, noiseless, odourless uniform radiant heat on Bio-Gas even with 55% purity and saves 30% fuel and does not produce any carbon soot, and burns the Hydrogen Sulphide which emits a bad odour.
The food cooked on these stoves is not only tasty but healthy too. There is huge saving of water and detergent as it does not emit any carbon soot.
The Innovation is tested in the campus of Infosys and also Art of Living in Bangalore. Infosys has committed to replace all LPG/NG stove with Renewable Energy and starting there first project on our Innovation from Infosys- Hyderabad.
The first commercial project is running on Bio-Gas produced by Carbon Masters with 80% purity and has saved >30% fuel beside other benefits
We would like to manufacture CLEAN COOK STOVE for SOCIAL IMPACT PROJECT for rural household across the world. Adopting our technology will enhance energy efficiency by 30% over existing any Bio-Gas Gas burner and bring other value additions.
This means that any project which will use our innovation will get extra 25% coverage of household for the same value of project over conventional gas burner on Bio-Gas.
We satisfy GOAL 7.1, 7.2 & 7.3 of Sustainable Development Goals in Agenda 2030 in TRANSFORMING THE WORLD.
