Currently the organization is implementing wood saving oven stove construction projects by engagin over 1,000 vulnerable women in the district of Yumbe to save millions of trees This is because the oven stove use one bundle of fire wood per week compared to the three-stone, traditional stove that is commonly used here in the northern region of Uganda, which uses three bundles of fire wood is used per week.
Partnership
Our organization would like to participate by implementing wood saving ovens to save millions of trees in the northern region of Uganda. Our organization would contribute 10% towards this project.
