Mission
Climate Solutions Consulting helps organizations who promote clean technologies access the funding they need to finance their projects or change scale.
In addition we work with businesses and individuals who wish to reduce their carbon footprint while supporting meaningful projects.
Carbon finance, a results based financing mechanism, allows community focused development projects to access funding based on their contribution to climate change mitigation. It is a way to allow developing countries to reach the level of development they deserve while limiting harmful impacts to our climate.

Registered a carbon umbrella program (PoA) under the Gold Standard in 11 eleven countries (Benin, China, Congo, Chad, Comoros, Haiti, Mali, Madagascar, Peru, Togo, Indonesia)
Inclusion of cookstove VPA:
Firewood cookstove project in rural China (GS918)
Firewood/charcoal cookstove project in Congo Brazzaville (GS2514 – GS2515 – GS2516)
Monitoring of two biogas project in rural China (GS614 GS689)
For Entrepreneurs du Monde/Palmis Eneji® :
Oversee a Baseline study for households and street food vendor in the greater Port au Prince area
Development of a carbon project for a LPG stove project in Port au Prince (GS2564)
For Improved Cooking Technology Program in Haiti (funded by USAID)
Carbon Finance training for the cookstoves value chain stakeholders (about 40 people)
Oversee, analyse result and write report of a one year Longitudinal Study of 8 improved cookstoves put in 120 households in Port au Prince, Haiti. Study include adoption, use pattern (with SUMS), ease of use, safety, fuel savings (KPT), Indoor Air Pollution improvement (with Aprovecho IAP meter).
