Through its Kenyan joint-venture Climate Pal it has strong expertise in improved cookstoves project development. EcoAct's mission is to fight climate change via a set of tools to evaluate, reduce and offset a business' carbon footprint. We believe clean cookstoves are an extraordinary tool to provide social and environmental benefits to rural populations.

EcoAct operates through its JV Climate Pal to register its 1st improved woodstoves country-level PoA in Kenya; we work in poor rural areas, have started a pilot program in Mt. Kenya region and are in the process of scaling up the project at country level.
