Clean Cooking Activities
1. Promotion of improved institutional stoves for social institutions in Ethiopia (schools, universities, detention centers). We have recently concluded a project that disseminated through market channels institutional Rocket stoves for 100 schools, 2 universities and 3 detention centers benefiting more than 50,000 users.
2. ERG is developing an improved stove manufacturing business in Ethiopia to improve quality, productivity, user acceptability.
Partnership
We are a research, consulting and service company specializing in renewable energy. Our expertise is in renewable energy engineering (stove and other energy conversion and use device testing, adaptation, evaluation), consumer and market assessments, feasibility studies, project evaluations, and technical capacity building.
