Clean Cooking Activities

We produce ultra-efficient cooking pans designed by an Oxford University rocket scientist. These pans are 44% more efficient than standard pans. They could therefore maximise the efficiency of the cooking stoves already being distributed by saving upto another 44% more fuel. Reducing fuel waste in this way will not only save fuel but time, money and ultimately lives as fewer toxic fumes are released in one go. This could have an invaluable impact on greenhouse gas emissions and health care costs in these countries.

Partnership

We propose partnering with you and your current partners who already produce and distribute clean cooking stoves and initiatives. Using our highly efficient pans alongside current campaigns will further increase overall fuel efficiency, making the transition to cleaner fuels and better equipment more effective. In terms of monetary value, for every one year of use for in an Indian average household cooking with LPG gas, we can save a family over 23L of LPG gas, a cost saving of around £7.50 per year. This will further increase the accessibility and affordability of clean cooking, and hopefully boost the success of these campaigns.
The pans would quickly pay for themselves in gas savings and the consequent reduction in harmful emissions will also quickly justify this purchase.
