Mission
The GoodPlanet Foundation systematically combines economic and social well-being with adaptation to environmental issues and support for projects led by social organisations (NGOs, cooperatives, small companies, etc.) that are in line with international solidarity and general interest approach.
The program “Action Carbon Solidaire” was created in 2006 with the aim of combating climate change by developing sustainable and economically viable alternatives to polluting activities, to the benefit of the most disadvantaged groups.

Clean Cooking Activities
The GoodPlanet Foundation, through the Social Carbon Offsets program, supports energy access projects in the fields of energy and renewable energy. These projects consisted and are still operating in the field of construction and monitoring of biodigesters, solar cookers and improved stoves in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
In particular, the foundation financed in partnership with the association Bolivia Inti Sud Soleil, 180 solar cookers in 2016, bringing to 10,557 the number of equipment distributed since the start of the project.
Partnership
Through this organisation, GoodPlanet Foundation is interested in sharing its experience in clean cooking projects, getting better understanding of project management and follow-up and looking for other project implementers that could be financed in the future through carbon offsetting.
