Clean Cooking Activities
Greenway designs and manufactures clean cookstoves at our factory in Vadodara, Gujarat. Our patented range of cookstoves include the Smart Stove - with a loading capacity of upto 25kgs and the Jumbo Stove - with a loading capacity of upto 45kgs. We are India's largest cookstove manufacturer and we have sold and distributed over 700,000 cookstoves so far. We have generated sustainable livelihoods, undertaken behaviour change and clean cooking adoption exercises, and implemented carbon credit/offset projects, while continually researching new technology and fuels for clean cooking.
Partnership
Greenway would like to make our product range available to a larger audience. Our work across India with its variations in fuel usage & cooking habits has made us adept at understanding & designing stoves uniquely for specific user communities. We are now equipped to undertake large-scale projects and our aim is to ensure that within India and outside, the percentage of households cooking on traditional mud stoves keeps decreasing.
