Clean Cooking Activities
Hestian has been operating carbon-financed cookstove projects in Africa for 8 years.
Hestian only operates in Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in Africa. Hestian set up: the 1st project to issue cookstove credits in Malawi (2011); and the 1st project to issue cookstove credits in Rwanda (2014).
We would like to participate in order to increase networking opportunities with other improved cookstove project developers in Southern Africa and globally, and also for increased interaction with potential funders.
