Clean Cooking Activities
Novozymes, via our engagement in CleanStar Mozambique, aims to provide urban households in Maputo with a clean and affordable ethanol-based cooking fuel (and associated stoves), serving 20% of the market by 2014.
Partnership
Novozymes would like to contribute with expertise in developing sustainable business models to increasing access to clean cooking solutions. Novozymes also hopes to gain insights into opportunities for scaling and replicating business models.
