The mission of TAREA is to promote and advocate the increased use of Renewable Energy by developing an effective network of members and stakeholders, emphasizing the need for quality and best practice throughout the sector.

TAREA works to advocate for the policy, regulations and government incentives on Clean Cooking. Also, it works on human capacity building and supporting the standards agency in enforcing standards and public awareness.

- Public awareness on the use of clean cooking technology
- Youth education on the sustainable use of biomass for cooking
- Training of the efficient biomass stoves producers
Partnership
TAREA will partner in networking Tanzania Clean Cooking Actors to the Clean Cooking Alliance.
Also, it will work as a platform for realizing the strategy of the Clean Cooking Alliance in Tanzania.
TAREA will contribute to the scaling up of the use of clean cooking technologies.
