Clean Cooking Activities
Tig Marketing Consult is currently working on a clean energy marketing campaign to promote clean energy. The focus is on solar systems, biogas and clean cook stoves. We have worked on renewable energy promotion for household solar systems, domestic biogas, charcoal briquettes and clean cookstoves in the past.
Advocates/Champions will be recruited from:
• Households that currently own solar systems, biogas plants and clean cookstoves; • Staff of organizations that are working on clean energy projects; • Suppliers on materials used in clean energy projects; • Educational institutions that teach and demonstrate clean energy usage; • Leaders at various levels;
Incentives will be given to households that convince neighbors to use clean energy
Partnership
We aspect to learn from member organizations the marketing and promotion strategies they use. I will use the lessons learned to fine-tune the implementation of the clean energy marketing campaign in Uganda.
