Clean Cooking Activities
UUI has developed and is currently implementing a clean cookstoves intervention with 18,500 rural families in hilly and degraded landscaped. The intervention is registered with the Gold Standard and getting financed through carbon trading.
Partnership
UUI is looking for partnerships with organisations interested on providing carbon finance for clean cookstoves.
UUI can contribute by sharing experience and learning of closely working with rural and indigenous communities, particularly women, on field testing and adaptation of clean cookstoves.
