Our main mission is to provide a clean energy mechanism to the rural women folks clubbed with facilitating livelihood options thru the clean energy initiatives.

Clean Cooking Activities

The highlights of our program are:
• Reduces the use of fire wood for the cooking purpose
• Reduces cutting down of forest trees for the fire wood purpose
• Results in clean kitchens as these smokeless chullhas are designed in such a way that, almost entire energy produces in completely utilised for the cooking and no wastage, when compared to conventional cook stoves.
• Saves lot on expenditure towards the purchase of fire wood from the open market
• Reduces health hazards resulting out of inhalation of smoke by the housewives and children.
• Helps reducing the emission of green house gases, as the system uses less wood and thus less emission, thus contributing towards the reduction in environmental pollution.
• Reduces the burden of collection and carrying of fire wood by the village women.
• Rural Women can earn Rs. 200 per stove construction from the program, thus making them independent in terms of livelihood option
• The program involves installation of 2000 such cook stove in Raichur, Karnataka
• Thus this program improves the life of the rural women to a great extent.

Partnership

We conduct awareness program on clean cooking mechanism and various techniques available for the same for the rural masses of India.

We implement installation of clean energy, smokeless cook stoves in a economical way.

We also conduct monitoring and evaluation studies to assess the effectiveness of the programs implemented.
