Manager, Finance and Operations
Monika serves as Manager of Finance and Operations at the Clean Cooking Alliance, where she leads financial oversight and operational governance to advance a more inclusive, sustainable clean cooking industry worldwide. In this role, Monika partners with senior leadership to drive strategic financial planning, strengthen organizational systems, and ensure effective stewardship of global resources.
Bringing over a decade of experience in strategy, finance, and operations, Monika has supported mission-driven organizations across the philanthropic, nonprofit, and international development sectors. Prior to joining the Clean Cooking Alliance, she contributed to the “Made Possible” Campaign at FP2030, worked with the United Nations Association, and provided philanthropic consulting services at Intentional Philanthropy. Throughout her career, Monika has built a reputation for translating complex priorities into clear, coordinated action. She strengthens governance and compliance frameworks, enhances operational effectiveness, and equips leadership teams with the strategic insight needed to drive measurable impact and long-term institutional growth. Monika holds a Master of Public Administration from American University’s School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University, with minors in Spanish and Statistics.
