Clean Cooking Activities

Our organization is created with the name INCLUSIVE HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT, as per its missions; the organization is interested in promoting healthy environment/ecosystem through adoption of clean cooking stove. Currently, the use of charcoal and wood for cooking is rampant among the communities of Gambella Region of Ethiopia. Using this also cost a lot due to high price of wood and charcoal which is beyond the reasonable one. The economic and environmental implication of using charcoal and wood for cooking is detrimental to local people. This organization is interested in activities that promote a clean, eco-friendly, affordable and sustainable cooking means/cookstoves. We need to distribute clean cookstove and create a demand for low and reasonable price that encourage the sustainability of using the product

Partnership

Organization will contribute by increasing the visibility Clean Cooking Alliance through promoting its work through our partnership, create demand for the products with reasonable and affordable cost for low income family
Our organization will also build the capacity of local people, create the awareness for using clean cooking strategies for the sustainability of environment/ecosystem and maintain resilience of the ecosystem and its biodiversity.
