Algae Energy Ltd. ("the Company") is a Nigerian registered corporation that will produce and distribute biogel and Clean Cook Stoves in large quantities. The cooking gel is made from sawdust, grass and waste paper. We advocate for user-friendly and safe green cook stove that is high quality performing and ecologically safe. This should provide significant health benefit to populaces dependent on dirty solid fuels.

Clean Cooking Activities
Algae Energy Ltd. produces bio-gel that is compatible with Clean Cook Stove. The gel produced is cleaner than kerosene,coal and wood.It is ecologically safe and priced competitively. Our facility is located in Anambra State, Nigeria with a high yield production plant that can produce 10,000 gallons of bio-gel per day, with projected volumes ramping up to 40,000 gallons per day by mid-2016. Management is aware of the rapid death rate in the use of dirty fuels (especially in third world countries)as well as mounting ecological concerns and as a result wants to participate in finding a solution.
Partnership
Our participation creates benefit awareness on the use of Clean Cook stove as well as satisfy demand growth in the market place. We intend to assist youths, women and low income households in Africa transit from kerosene, charcoal and fire wood to a greener, cleaner and cheaper renewable energy alternative. We will achieve this via advocacy and technology development. We are currently establishing marketing network to assist us promote and sell our stoves.
