Ultimate Gas Professionals is involved in the distribution of LPG in Uganda currently focusing on TOTALGAZ. We also offer LPG consultancy services to interested parties, partners, stakeholders and prospective investors in and into Uganda. Our consultancy includes local and/ or an East African LPG market study/ research, investment advisory as well as local LPG industry advocacy which we undertake both independently as well as hand in hand with the Uganda LPG Association (ULPGAS). While we run a for-profit venture, we are extremely passionate about spreading the usage of LP Gas for cooking in Uganda, East Africa and Africa at large where the uptake is still fundamentally low. We believe that mass adoption of LPG can be a big contributory factor to reduction of indoor air pollution from solid cooking fuels, reduction in the ongoing massive bio-degradation, enhancement of people's livelihoods, as well as influencing climate change. While we are still a relatively young organisation, we do have the local experience and ambition to impact our country and region in this noble cause, and do also believe that we do indeed share a similar mission with the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. We hope to support the Alliance in any way possible within our capacity but specifically look forward towards the Alliances support in enabling us spread out our LPG distribution activities into the deeper rural outskirts of the country where the product (LPG) and the campaign is most deserved.
Partnership
Ultimate Gas Professionals would like to partner with the Alliance in implementing the scaling of clean cooking energies specifically LPG into the far deeper rural countrysides of Uganda where it is extremely under-served and ignored by the big petroleum companies whose top priority is a beautiful bottom-line. If supported, we have got the experience, product knowledge and marketing expertise to help in rapidly expanding usage and mass adoption of LPG in the countryside. We are also able to help the Alliance in implementing research and consultancy projects within the LPG sector of Uganda and East Africa at large.
