In order to implement the Government's national strategy on domestic energy and the environment. While ensuring capacity building in the energy and environmental sectors, AEDE is working to:

- On the one hand to the creation of villages Rationally Exploiting their land by the rational exploitation and restoration of forests and the valorization of the vegetable and agricultural waste;
- On the other hand, the promotion and vulgarisation of renewable and alternative energy in addition to energy saving solutions
