Women’s Knowledge and Perceived Health Effects from Exposure to Indoor Air Pollution: Findings from a Population-based Cross-sectional Survey in Rural Bangladesh
Indoor air pollution is a major environmental health problem affecting many developed and developing countries alike. Exposure to high levels of some pollutants, such as carbon monoxide, can even result in immediate death. This study explored the knowledge of women on indoor air pollution (IAP) and its perceived effects on women’s health in rural Bangladesh.
