Going the extra mile: Lessons learned in fuel-efficient cookstove distribution and financing
The full-day event will feature presentations, panels and discussions with project partners on key results and lessons learned in developing household energy-focused credit facilities and growing partnerships between manufacturers, distributors and financial institutions in Kenya; outcomes of innovative Kenyan consumer financing pilots; and an overview and discussion of the business and personal impacts from the project’s Empowered Entrepreneur Training Program, rolled out across East Africa and South Asia.
