Partner Webinar: Navigating the Road to Scale
The Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves invites you to participate in live webinar with Alliance partners Mercy Corps and EcoZoom to discuss the complicated and often frustrating road to scale. On Wednesday, September 6th at 9:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), this webinar will discuss common scaling roadblocks faced by social enterprises identified in the Scaling Pathways series that was recently launched by USAID, the Skoll Foundation, Mercy Corps, and the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at Duke University, as well as explore how they related to the experiences of clean energy company EcoZoom. Your webinar presenters are Amanda West, Co-founder of EcoZoom who is in a new role at Mercy Corps and helped author the series; and Oli Raison, current CEO of EcoZoom. Amanda and Oli will share strategies that EcoZoom has taken to overcome the roadblocks as well as approaches it should have done differently to prepare for scale.
This webinar, designed for new and existing partners, is part of a series that provides an overview of the Alliance’s work, the benefits of partnership, highlights, upcoming opportunities for partners, and features on specific tools, resources, and engagement activities.
