Participants will learn about and discuss effective strategies for increasing access to modern energy to last mile consumers, in ways that are responsive to local contexts, build on local capacities, and are gender-informed. Speakers will also discuss barriers to scaling up last mile distribution approaches, and highlight good practices on rural distribution, consumer and working capital finance, marketing, and promotion.
