- Summary: The government of the Federated States of Micronesia is seeking consultants to develop a clean cooking solution program aimed at increasing awareness for clean cooking and a plan to increase household access to efficient and clean cookstoves. This entails conducting a qualitative and quantitative survey assessment to support program design.
The project is estimated to last 22 weeks from January to June 2022. Consultants should demonstrate previous experiences in conducting field surveys through at least 3 similar previous assignments in the last 10 years; sound technical and managerial capabilities; and experience working with small island nations in the Pacific region as demonstrated by having completed 1 assignment in the past 10 years.
