Summary: The Government of Rwanda is looking for a communications firm(s) to support market development activities of clean cookstoves through a behavior change campaign, given that its Energy Development Corporation has a mandate to implement activities to achieve newly included clean cooking targets in Rwanda’s NDC and as part of the country’s Biomass Energy Strategy to move away from firewood. Increasing clean cooking access is part of Component 3 of the larger Rwanda Energy Access and Quality Improvement Project: 1) increasing access to grid electricity; 2) enhancing efficiency of electricity service, 3) increasing off-grid access and access to clean cooking solutions, 4) TA, capacity building, and implementation support.
