Michael Johnson is the Technical Director at the Berkeley Air Monitoring Group. He has experience in field-based methodologies for monitoring and quantifying the greenhouse gas reductions from improved cookstoves. Michael has a Ph.D. in Environmental Health, Science, and Policy from the University of California, Irvine, an M.S. in Science Education from Oregon State University and a B.A. in Physics from Colorado College.
Shachar Hatan
Shachar Hatan is a Ratings Program Manager at Sylvera, leading the development of their Improved Cookstoves ratings framework. She is an experienced researcher and project manager in climate tech startups, and is passionate about developing data-driven and scalable solutions to tackle climate change in the growing low carbon economy. Shachar has an M.Sc. in Land Economy from Cambridge University.

Shveta Sarin
Shveta Sarin leads the Clean Cooking strategy and investments at the Shell Foundation, a UK based independent charity focused on increasing living incomes of communities through clean energy solutions. She has experience in building and supporting businesses in India and Sub-Saharan Africa that serve the lowest income populations, solving for systems level change through an enterprise approach. Shveta has an MBA from HEC Paris, an MA International Political Economy from University of Warwick, and a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons.) from University of Delhi.
Nils Razmilovic
Nils Razmilovic is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tamu, an agri-processing company which produces functional foods and sustainable energy alternatives. He has experience in capital markets, having founded and managed several businesses that operate in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Europe. Nils has a B.Sc. in International Finance from the Bayes Business School.

Marcel Raats
Marcel Raats leads the Energy and Climate Team of the Department for International Development at the Netherlands Enterprise and Development Agency (RVO.nl). Marcel has a Ma.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.

Ash Sharma
Ash Sharma is Vice President, Head of Special Funds at the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation and is the Fund Manager for the Modern Cooking Facility for Africa and the Beyond the Grid Fund for Africa. He is a climate & environmental finance, policy and investment specialist and is currently the Chair of the Nordic Council of Minister’s working group on Article 6 of the Paris Agreements.
Sophie Odupoy
Sophie Odupuy is the Group Head of Public Affairs at KOKO Networks and is responsible for securing and defending legislative changes that improve the affordability of KOKO’s solutions. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of women and children and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
