As most of you know, this is my first week at the Alliance. I’m so excited to be on board and to begin working together with you to address one of the most pressing issues facing the world today.
Throughout my career, I’ve aspired to address global development, energy, and climate issues in both the public and private sectors. I know firsthand the importance of delivering impact that is both inclusive and sustainable. For household energy and clean cooking, this depends on a well-resourced market fueled by resilient enterprises, strong consumer demand, and government policies that support our sector.
