Early-bird Forum registration closing soon
It is our pleasure to invite you to join us for the Clean Cooking Forum 2017. This year's theme Driving Demand – Delivering Impact will highlight the work that the clean cooking sector is doing to enhance awareness, demand, and use of cleaner and more efficient cookstoves and fuels. The Forum has become the premier global conference for sharing best-practices, developing innovative solutions, and forging new partnerships with global practitioners and influencers in the cookstoves, fuels, and related sectors.
Over 500 participants from the private sector, government, finance, civil society, academia, the UN, and donor community are expected to attend this year's conference. Co-hosted by the Alliance, Tata Trusts, TERI, and CLEAN, with collaboration from NITI Aayog and several Indian government ministries, this exciting biennial event will be held at the India Habitat Centre (IHC) in Delhi, India from October 24th-26th, 2017. The Forum will include informative sessions, plenaries, networking, site visits (27th and 28th), and an outdoor clean cooking exhibition. A number of pre-Forum sessions and a full day India Clean Cooking Forum will also take place at the IHC on Monday October 23rd, providing attendees with additional opportunities for learning and discussion.
The 2017 Forum comes at a critical time for the clean cooking sector, as we work to address the many health, energy access, climate, and humanitarian challenges caused by cooking with traditional cookstoves and fuels. Forum sessions and plenaries will address cost-effective and scalable clean cookstove and fuel interventions, as well as new business and financing models that can significantly improve lives, protect the environment, and reduce the burden of unpaid care work for women.
Register before August 1st to take advantage of the $100 early bird discount or to apply for a limited number of travel scholarships.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2017 Forum!
