Lean Data Insights Aggregate Report
Updated in 2023, the CCA Venture Catalyst’s Lean Data Insights Aggregate Report contains data from 18 CCA Venture Catalyst portfolio companies, working across 9 countries. The report anonymizes the 18 companies but shows where their performance ranks across key customer service metrics, such as challenge resolution rates, ease of use, Net Promoter Score, customer perceptions on value for money, cooking experiences, fuel transitions, quality of life improvements, safety and health impacts, and changes in fuel spending and cooking time.
The insights in the report are based on the data 60 Decibels collected from 4,812 customers between November 2021 and April 2023.
