The Agrideco mission is to clean the air by replacing charcoal stoves with clean cookstoves that use ethanol and by replacing kerosene/diesel lamps with solar home systems through a project known as LIMPAR AIR. The project plans to subsidize the cost of ethanol by selling carbon generated by the stoves and solar lamps and by using ethanol in road construction machinery that will construct dustless gravel and concrete roads.

Clean Cooking Activities
By using modern technology in the production of ethanol which enables the production of several products from one feed stock, and by selling carbon credits, the Limpar Air project will distribute clean cook stoves to low income earners free of cost and sell to them denatured ethanol at a record low price of US cents 25 only.
Agrideco would like to be one of the leading distributors of clean cookstoves by giving them out free of cost and by selling denatured ethanol to the beneficiaries at a price they not only afford, but a price that will enable them spend less on cooking, than they are spending on charcoal.
