Climate/Environment, Finance / Investment, Gender / Womens Empowerment, Health
Other Organizational Expertise
Community development which includes education, health and economic empowerment. Also we have experience with microloans and ecofriendly workshops.
Technologies & Fuels
Biomass (Ag. Residue, Processed Biomass, etc.)
Clean Cooking Activities
Our primary project is in central Haiti in a city called Pignon where we partner with 42 churches and 17 schools. We have an existing microloan program, school feeding program and water well projects.
Partnership
We have the existing infrastructure to offer clean stoves to microloan participants. The price point is critical in distributing stoves on a mass basis. Giving them away is not the answer as people will not value it. We will offer training.
