The Centre for Rediscovered and Redefined Natural Resources Research and Education (C4RE) is an independent, multi-disciplinary consulting NGO for policy, research and implementing institute working on advanced research, skill development and education towards sustainable environment and economic growth. Main approach of C4RE is to rediscover and understand the environment and natural resources base with potentials and opportunities to be managed for sustainable ecosystem services and livelihood supports towards sustainable development.

We are implementing integrated agro-solar where we have horticulture farm, dairy and solar panel on roof top. This three tier production we are advocating in Bangladesh. We are urgently seeking financial support to go ahead more piloting or expanding to other areas. Solar or biogas to power produced in the farm being utilized in the farm.
Clean Cooking Activities
We are in partnership with GIZ distributing Heat Retaining Cooking pots which saves almost 40% cooking energy needs. We are also working distribution and marketing of improved cooking stoves. However, important, a sustainable business model yet to evolve in Bangladesh which can facilitate automatic expansion of the ICS.
