China Association of Rural Energy Industry/China Alliance for Clean Stoves
Mission
CAREI is dedicated in the development of rural energy industry, improvement of eco-environment as well as promotion of the economical and social sustainable development in China. Efforts should be made to promote technological advancement, to update quality of products, as well as to enhance the technological exchange and cooperation at home and abroad in order to improve the industry's competence and economics. There are six divisions including China Alliance for Clean Stoves (CACS), solar energy, biogas, biomass energy conversion, micro power and new liquid fuels and an editorial board of ®«Bulletin of Rural Renewable Energy and Eco-environment®» under the framework of CAREI. Currently CAREI has over 1,000 group members. All the famous enterprises in renewable energy field are the members of CAREI.
