Mission

The mission of Cleantech Kenya is to introduce and disseminate fuel efficient stoves in the country to alleviate the energy-poverty burden, and promote use of clean cook stoves to improve health as a millennium development goal, promote economic development and empowerment of women and youth, reduce time spent sourcing for wood fuel.

Clean Cooking Activities

Cleantech is distributing clean stoves to arid communities in Kenya. We plan to start a collaborative effort with UNHCR to supply cleanstoves to refugee families in Dadaab and Kakuma camps, which will improve their condition of living and save the environment

Partnership

With partnering with GACC, we shall help in meeting the global goal of 2020 while we also use the partnerships network like UNHCR to advance our goal of distributing 100, 000 stoves by 2020.
