Clean Cooking Activities

Out interest is through the use of clean energy to contribute to a Resilient Livelihood and increased capacity with communities to adapt to climate change. Through the development and implementation of viable business models for rural area we want to make clean cooking affordable and accessible and reduce the use of charcoal and the associated problems of deforestation and health issues, gas emission and workload for women. Our activities have aim to develop proof of concepts ( in different settings) for small collection centers for biomass and small scale production of pellets; that this is a sustainable solution to bring clean energy to the poorest (in Tanzania). Activities will include: behavior change, market development, develop finance mechanism etc

Partnership

Our organization is interested to participate in this partnership in order to be able to share project results, data and findings with other organizations and with this to contribute to building of improved central data collection and learning. We do co-fund projects/activities we are involved in within our strategic areas.
