Clean Cooking Activities
The Dutch Spark is a network of Dutch organisations that joined forces to accelerate the transition to clean cooking. We are a collaboration between Netherlands-based public, business, finance, carbon, and development partners. Members are: African Clean Energy, BioMassters, Bix Capital, Climate Neutral Group, FairClimateFund, FMO Entrepreneurial Development Bank, Hivos, MimiMoto, Ministery of Foreign Affairs, RVO, and SNV and Julius Center | UMC Utrecht.
To achieve our vision, we focus on three major activities:
- We acquire and share knowledge
- We create support
- We demonstrate successful concepts in practice (proof-of-concept)
Partnership
Transitioning the cooking energy sector is a multifaceted, complex process that needs a holistic and multidisciplinary approach. Transitions can be accelerated through join effort. The Dutch Spark aims to not only work together on a Dutch and national level, but to also actively participate with international organisations and stakeholders. We would be happy to collaborately promote clean cooking, exchange knowledge, work together on innovation, participate in discussions, and connect to other practitioners.
