Mission

EFK Group’s (EFK) mission is to add value to East Africa’s environment and economy by sustainably processing indigenous resources into value-added products. We have started this process by focusing on producing a line of energy and agriculture products from the nut of the Croton megalocarpus (CM) tree.

Clean Cooking Activities

EFK Group produces a briquette made from the husks of croton nuts to be used as a clean energy in cookstoves and furnaces. We are doing R&D on croton pellets.
