Friends of the Nation is interested in promoting energy-efficient stoves to communities (forest, coastal and peri-urban, etc.,) i a bid to reduce deforestation, climate change impacts and poverty
Clean Cooking Activities
Friends of the Nation work focuses on reducing environmental impacts caused by livelihoods on natural resources like forests and mangroves. In a bid to contributing to reducing these impacts and climatic changes, Friends of the Nation aims to promote clean cookstoves among communities as an energy-efficient technology rather than wood fuel.
Partnership
Friends of the Nation seek to engage in behaivoural change communication as we;; as either partner like-minded organizations or have access to clean cookstoves to introduce to communities dependent on wood fuel for adoption.
